Chemical Registration Center (CRC) of the Ministry of Environmental Protection announced on November 16 of  2012 the new price fo verification of new chemical substance entrusted to CRC.

The Announcement said that, CRC is asking experts in chemical nomenclature to make the verificatin, which greatly improved the veracity of the verification results to see whether a substance is in IECSC, which als increases the cost.

If the verification result is ‘new chemical substance’ or ‘Not new chemical substances’, the service fee will be 600.00 CNY. This is effective from January 1, 2013.

If the verification result is ‘cannot be confirmed’, no service fee will be charged by CRC.
