Safety Label is required for chemical products. But Safety Label is not the only label required for a product.

Normally, a product package should have 3 labels: Safety Label, Product Label and Transporation Label.

Safety Label is administrated by SAWS (State Administration of Workplace Safety).

Product Label is administrated by AQSIQ (Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, etc.).

Tranportation Label is administrated by MOC (Ministry of Communication, etc..).
