2nd batch catalogue of new cosmetic ingredients are approved and released by SFDA

China SFDA released 2nd batch catalogue of new- added cosmetic ingredients  on May 10, 2013.

In this catalogue, toal 411 new ingredients are first time approved to use in cosmetic products sold on the chinese market. The authority declared there will be more cosmetic ingredients to be added later.
