CRC-MEP issued on January 9th of 2013, the software for New Chemical Substance Annual Reporting.

The annual reporting of new chemical substance under Simplified Registration and Typical Registration shall be reported through the software before February 1st. In the mean time, the signed hardcopy of the reporting file generated by the software shall be uploaded by the software after the file is scanned. The original hardcopy shall be mailed to CRC before February 1st.
